All fixed glasses are made of 12mm thick toughned green tinted glass of ST GOBAIN MAKE.
FLOORINGS: Common areas such as main entrance at foyer, lobbies, staircase, to have granites, All main internal floor areas and balconys to have vitrified EURO TILES and and all bathrooms to have high quality 10mm thich ceramic tiles of matt finish.
PAINTINGS: All common areas such as entrance, lobbies, foyer areas, staircase areas, to be painted with premium emulsion. With all ceilings in white emulsion of same make. All internal floor areas to be painted with premium emulsion and all exterior areas to be finished with exterior emulsion .
FITTINGS: All bathrooms to have c p fittings and high end quality sanitary fittings of HINDWARE AND JAGUAR MAKE.
ELECTRICAL: All internal and external wiring to be of ANCHOR or FINOLEX wires. All switch boxes are of ANCHOR MAKE and all D P boxes are of HAVELLS MAKE.
